Clinical Marketing Manager


As Clinical Marketing Manager you are responsible for shaping our message to the world.

We are looking for a clinical marketing manager to tell our story and thereby help kick-start conversations with the community we are building.
XEOS is experiencing a lot of traction from innovators that are eager to change the world of surgery with our solution. We need a marketing visionary who can tell a compelling story to these leads and bring them along for the ride.

The main purpose

As part of our talented team, you will:

  • Dream, develop, execute and continuously adapt our marketing strategy
  • Shape company branding and value messaging
  • Plan, coordinate and support the development and delivery of enticing content

The things you do

  • Keep well-informed on the value and possibilities provided by our solution, as well as the relevant clinical background information
  • Coordinate the development of content with a strong clinical focus. This can include patient cases, testimonials, and more
  • Collaborate with several teams within the company (incl. Clinical, Sales, R&D, QA/RA) as well as external collaborators to ensure high-quality and compliant communication
  • Maintain and update our communication channels to reflect current messaging and strategy (website, social media, …)
  • Develop marketing materials (congress booth, slide decks, linked-in and website posts, testimonials, video’s and more)
  • Support lead generation activity such as congresses from the marketing perspective
  • Coordinate the organization of teaching and knowledge dissemination activities such as webinars, congress symposia and user meetings
  • Measure the impact of marketing activities and adapt our strategy based on knowledge
  • Actively pursue knowledge development in the field of specimen PET-CT imaging by nurturing strong contacts internally and externall

The things you know
  • Bachelor or Master in Communication Science, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physical Therapy or comparable through experience
  • At least 2 years experience – preferably in marketing - in the industry (MedTech, HealthTech, Pharma) or a clinical environment
  • Practical experience on several platforms such as MailChimp, LinkedIn, CMS and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English (speaking, copywriting, and in editing skills)
  • Fundamental knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, diseases and treatment
  • Proficient computer literacy with excellent self-learning skills
  • Well-versed and thoroughly interested in marketing and communication strategy
