Who are we looking for?

We welcome curious and motivated students who are eager to learn, take responsibility and make a difference. Whether your background is in technology, science, engineering, business, design or another relevant field, we would love to hear what you could bring to XEOS.

The exact timing, duration and content of the internship will be determined together, based on your academic requirements and the opportunities available within our team.

Meaningful projects, thoughtfully selected

We only offer internship projects that we genuinely believe in—projects that align with our values, create real value for XEOS and provide a meaningful learning experience for the student.

For that reason, the number of internship positions is limited. We only welcome an intern when we can offer the right project, dedicated guidance and an environment in which both the student and our team can grow.

If there is no suitable project available at the time of your application, we prefer to be transparent rather than offer an internship that does not meet these standards.
